On The Back Cover

Delia hates Jayne because of her behavior towards her in high school, so it is very unfunny when they are unexpectedly thrown together for a class project. Jayne has lost thirty pounds since high school and is gorgeous. She is just Delia’s type too if she wasn’t so straight, homophobic and a bitch. Shavonne is getting her ass kicked on a regular basis by her live in girlfriend Tracy. Too bad her best friend Delia has no clue. Delia also does not know that Shavonne has a secret crush on her. Then there is Stacy. She is rich, goal-oriented, and beautiful and in a relationship with a handsome man that adores her totally. Her life is perfect and is going as planned, until one day she spots Kendal. Handsome, sexy, laid back Kendal who would be Stacy’s type if she wasn’t already involved and for one other big obstacle…Kendal is a girl.

Prologue

"Sorry I’m late, another sorority meeting." She rolled her eyes as she said this. "We are having another party soon…you should come." "That’s okay. I was getting a little studying done." She lied. Jayne looked beautiful as usual. She was wearing a short white skirt, with a short white top that was cut low in the front. Her breasts were bulging out of the top. The white played nicely against her smooth chocolate skin. Delia forced herself to look away from Jayne’s breast. She did not want to get caught staring at them. Jayne didn’t seem to notice as she looked at her and smiled.

'You need to stop studying so much. It’s Friday for God sakes! Honestly I really don’t feel like messing with the project today. We have a couple of days left. Do you have anything to drink and I mean something with alcohol in it?" Delia always kept apple pucker and Vodka around. She was on an apple martini kick these days. Next month she would probably be on to a new drink. She fixed drinks for the both of them as Jayne walked to the couch and took a seat. Delia was very surprised that she wanted to stay for drinks. She didn’t know what to make of Jayne. Delia took a seat next to Jayne on the couch. They sipped on the martinis and had light conversation. As Jayne spoke she looked directly into Delia’s eyes. Delia was always the first to look away. Then it dawned on Delia, Jayne was playing the stare game. She decided to return the stare and did not look away. After a couple of seconds Jayne broke the stare first. "Ha." Delia thought, "I’m the dyke here, I know she didn’t think that I would back down first." Delia went to the kitchen and fixed them another drink. She came back to the couch but before sitting down, she handed Jayne the martini. Jayne’s hands touched hers as she took the glass from her. Delia felt her stomach knot up and her fingers trembled slightly. She looked at Jayne who was looking directly into her eyes. She had a hint of a smile on her lips. That was when Delia realized that Jayne knew the effect she was having on her, and she was enjoying it thoroughly. "So she wants to play with me, "Delia thought,"well, two can play that game." Delia sat down and faced Jayne who was now leaning back against the couch. Jayne’s eyes had a mischievous glint to them. "I’m a little thirsty," Jayne said, "Do you mind if I get some water?" Before Delia could offer to get it for her, Jayne got up. She leaned forward showing her very ample cleavage as she did this. She then walked slowly and sexily to the refrigerator, giving Delia a good look at her ass in the short white skirt. "She is toying with me." Delia thought to herself, "and I can’t do a damn thing about it." Jayne came back to the couch without the water and sat next to Delia, facing her. "So what kind of girls do you find attractive?" Delia almost choked on her martini. She did not know what to say. She didn’t know if to up the ante, because there was a chance that she was misreading Jayne’s signals. "Well?" Jayne asked smiling at her. Delia looked at Jayne. She looked at her beautiful chocolate legs, her ample breast pressed against her top threatening to burst loose. She looked at her gorgeous smile and replied, "beautiful chocolate girls that wear white." Jayne smiled at her, "I thought you would. That’s why I wore white tonight."
